01
App Store license
The app is licensed, not sold. Unless a custom end-user license is shown in the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the license.
02
Estimates only
Outputs are estimates based on your inputs and settings. You are responsible for checking measurements, units, coverage, availability, waste, prices, labor, markup, tax, rounding, and totals before buying materials, committing to work, or presenting an estimate.
Tile Quote Pro does not provide tax, accounting, legal, engineering, architectural, safety, building-code, installation, or material advice.
03
Your information
You retain responsibility for information you enter and must have a lawful reason to use another person’s information. Projects are stored locally. When you share a PDF, you choose the destination and are responsible for authorization to disclose its contents. See the Privacy Policy.
04
Purchases
Paid feature unlocks, when offered, use Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles payment, store taxes, and refund processing. A non-consumable unlock does not automatically expire, subject to Apple’s store and account rules, compatibility, applicable law, and the final terms.
05
Acceptable use and availability
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate law or another person’s rights, or remove proprietary notices. The app may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued, subject to applicable law and Apple’s requirements.
06
Final legal provisions
The verified legal identity, governing law, liability language, consumer-law exceptions, effective date, and support contact remain human approval items. They will be inserted before App Store submission. Until then, this route is a publication draft and not the final agreement.
