Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. The current app does not require an account or sign-in.
Where are my projects stored?
Projects are stored in the app’s local container on your device. The developer has no backend that can retrieve them. Device backups are controlled by your Apple and device settings.
Why is the box quantity rounded up?
Tile Quote Pro divides the area including waste by the coverage per box, then rounds the purchasing quantity up to a whole box. The summary shows the exact result and the rounded quantity.
How do I create and share a PDF?
- Open a project and review every input.
- Choose Preview & Share PDF.
- Review the business display information and disclaimer.
- Generate the preview and inspect every page.
- Choose Share PDF and select a destination.
A destination app or recipient may keep its own copy.
What happens when I switch units?
The app converts saved measurements, coverage, tile dimensions, and per-area rates so the physical job remains equivalent. Review the displayed values before purchasing or quoting.
Is the tax result official tax advice?
No. You provide both the rate and scope. Tile Quote Pro performs the arithmetic only. Verify treatment with the appropriate authority or a qualified adviser.
How are purchase or refund requests handled?
Apple processes in-app purchases. For billing or refund requests, use Apple’s Report a Problem. Never send payment-card information to product support.

Before relying on an estimate
